Terms and Conditions of Service

All services provided by Ed-Vintage LTD are strictly digital deliverables transmitted electronically. Production commences immediately upon cleared receipt of payment in GBP. Due to the digital and custom nature of design work, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has officially begun.

Clients acknowledge that initiating a project constitutes explicit waiver of immediate cancellation rights where applicable under UK digital commercial supply regulations.

Turnaround Windows and Revisions

Standard commercial deliverables carry an estimated operational turnaround window between 60 and 90 business days, depending on project complexity and asset receipt. Timelines begin upon formal client onboarding and specification sign-off.

Agreements include exactly two structured revision cycles per project scope. Additional modifications requested outside these parameters incur separate billing at standard agency rates.

Intellectual Property and Waivers

Full intellectual property rights and commercial license to final deliverables vest exclusively with the client upon final financial settlement. Preliminary drafts, unselected mockups, and internal studio assets remain the property of Ed-Vintage LTD.

Clients agree to waive arbitrary payment chargebacks and submit to formal dispute resolution through designated commercial arbitration channels before pursuing statutory remedies.
